Crawfish Over Broiled/Grilled Fish Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can Robin’s Original Crawfish Étouffée
- Fish of choice
- Chef Paul’s Seafood Magic Seasoning
- TABASCO® Brand Pepper Sauce
- Fresh chopped parsley
Season fish to taste with Chef Paul’s Seafood Magic Seasoning. Broil or grill fish while heating Robin’s Crawfish Étouffée. Top fish with étoufée. Garnish with parsley. Serves 12.
