How is your product shipped and is it perishable?
Our product are perishable as they are made from all-natural ingredients. We shipped them frozen and in a can to maintain maximum quality, flavor and longevity. Packaged this way, our products can withstand transit times of up to three days.

When will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. All orders received before 12 Noon (CT) on those days will be shipped out same day. Orders received after 12 Noon (CT) will be shipped on the following shipping day. Therefore, orders received on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday.

What happens if, for some reason, I receive damaged products?
We take extra precaution in packing your content to ensure it arrives undamaged. In the event that you receive damaged product, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days after receiving your package. Please retain all packaging material for our freight carrier’s collection. Let us know which item was damaged, and we will ship you an identical replacement to you at no charge. 

What forms of payment do you require?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Does RobinCajunFood.com cover unauthorized credit card usage?
In the event of unauthorized credit card use, which is highly unlikely, RobinCajunFood.com will pay your personal liability if it is not waived by your Credit Card Company or bank. The personal liability for unauthorized credit card usage is limited to $50 by federal law.

How can I order if I do not want to use my credit card on the Internet? 
We will be happy to accept your order by phone at 1.337.228.7594.  Our office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  

Do you charge sales tax?
Only orders shipped to a Louisiana address are subject to a 4% sales tax.

Can I send a package to a different location? 
Yes, during the online checkout procedure you can enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address. 

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us and we will either send you something else or refund your money. Unfortunately, we cannot return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error made by us.   

Why are these products shipped frozen in cans?
Each of our products is made using all-natural ingredients. Freezing assures the natural flavors are maintained.
