Only select Louisiana Jumbo Lump Crabmeat, Wild Gulf Shrimp and Louisiana Crawfish are used to create these culinary treats. I use all-natural ingredients in these dishes, blended with herbs and spices to provide a smooth (not hot) taste of real Cajun cooking. All products are shipped frozen to maintain quality and flavor.
